  1. Prostate cancer runs in my family. My dad had it. One of my uncles has it.It is slow moving but all the same it's not something you want to wind up with in your old age. I've been told by doctor to lose a couple of pounds, eat healthy, take a prostate supplement like Super Beta Prostate, and exercise. This will hopefully lower my chances of getting it.
